If you're looking for sushi in the Prescott area, this is the place to go! There are many rolls to choose from and the fish was pretty fresh which is hard to get in this area. All the rolls we had were done very well! The service was quick and was on top of all refills which was nice. We really enjoyed our dinner!!

Well, I've been going to this restaurant for at least twenty years and let me tell you I've never been disappointed! From their, edamame to their teriyaki chicken or steak to the sushi, everything is perfection! Excellent! 5 stars

We saw a sign while driving around Prescott that said Fujiyama. We both love sushi so thought we'd give it a try for lunch. Got there the place was jam packed. I guess there was a conference in town. Because they were so busy the waiter was a little scattered. He forgot to put our order in, forgot we wanted salads. He apologized profusely at the end of it and all is forgiven. We both had me miso soup and loved it. Had a small side salad with a very interesting dressing which we really liked. I had a rainbow roll and my husband had a Las Vegas roll. We both really enjoyed the food and decided to look past the slowness and the errors due to the amount of people that were in there all at one time. We will definitely become going back for dinner in the next week or so!

My family and I have been coming here for decades. Staff is always friendly, service is great (unless it's a very rare off night or super busy night), ambience is very nice, and the food is consistently delicious. We order the combination plates. We love their teriyaki chicken (and teriyaki beef), California roll, shrimp/vegetable tempura, miso soup, cucumber salad, and yaki soba bowls. We also have loved their desserts and drinks. The only thing I've not liked there is the sesame chicken appetizer (it's been overly cooked and not my cup of tea the two times I've tried it over the years.) But everything else I've had has been the best. Inside the restaurant, they make the plates look beautiful. And I just got take out, and they loaded our boxes! Amazing portions. Food quality is top notch too.

They accommodated our large party, food was as good and fresh as always. This is our go-to sushi in Prescott.

Wow, this place is fantastic. We had the spider roll and rainbow roll with yellow tail to start. This was a Perfect meal and Foo was so friendly. Thank You all so much Mark and Cyndi Sedona/Prescott

Went to Fujiyama yesterday with the recommendation of a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the food and staff. It was five of us, but we got sat quickly and checked out the menu. My friends daughter got her avocado roll quickly, which looked amazing, and she devoured quickly. It took a while for us to get something else as they were unexplectantly slammed and did not have the staff to handle it. We finally were able to order more food, but there was a mix-up that happened, and we ended up with someone else's food. It worked out, though, and we finally ended up with our food. My friend and I shared a rainbow roll, fried salmon salad, and special sauce. Everything was delicious, especially the special sauce! It was a little greasy but had a mix of seafood and spices that made the salmon salad and the cucumber salad pop. I literally ate it by itself as well--so good. Now, the rainbow roll was so fresh and diverse with a mix of salmon, avocado, and crab--wow, so delicious! I could've eaten that just by itself! I'm so glad that my friend has been here before as their menu is extensive, and I could not narrow down what I wanted as everything sounded so good! I like that they have a mix of traditional and special rolls. Minus one star for the rushed and up and down service. But, otherwise, what a great sushi bar in Prescott!

The food was great! The rolls were a great portion. I had the Bao mini rolls, Hawaiian rolls and the spider rolls. All were fantastic. I can't wait to go again. We went at 6:15 with reservations. I recommend reservations since it was very busy.
